Chrome Extensions

Our Chrome extensions are distributed via the Chrome Web Store and are subject to Google's Developer Program Policies in addition to these Terms. Extensions are provided as-is and may be updated or discontinued at any time. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your browser version. Attempting to circumvent, reverse engineer, or redistribute our extensions without permission is strictly prohibited.

Microsoft Store Apps

Applications published on the Microsoft Store are governed by Microsoft's Terms of Service as well as these Terms. Licence grants are personal and non-transferable. You may not redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from our applications. Refund requests for paid applications are subject to Microsoft's refund policy.

Azure Marketplace Solutions

Solutions listed on the Azure Marketplace are subject to Microsoft's Commercial Marketplace Terms of Use in addition to any product-specific licence agreement provided at the point of purchase. Use of these solutions in production environments is at your own risk. Yellow Sparks provides no guarantee of uptime or data integrity beyond what is stated in any applicable service level agreement (SLA).

APIs

API (application programming interface) access is subject to the rate limits and fair-use policies published in the relevant API documentation. You may not use our APIs to build a competing product or service. Abuse of API endpoints, including exceeding rate limits, scraping, or attempting to extract underlying data, may result in immediate termination of access without notice. API keys must be kept confidential and must not be shared or embedded in publicly accessible code.

Discord Bots

Our Discord bots are provided for use within Discord servers and are subject to Discord's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Bot features may be updated or removed at any time. You are responsible for configuring bots appropriately for your server and ensuring their use complies with Discord's Community Guidelines. Yellow Sparks is not liable for any moderation actions, data loss, or disruptions arising from bot usage.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and assets produced by Yellow Sparks are the exclusive intellectual property of Yellow Sparks unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our work without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
